Okay a hint or two............this film featured an actor who played in a serial as a famous superhero. This film also featured a famous black comedian.

How about 1941 - Monogram's KING OF THE ZOMBIES starring Dick Purcell. Mantan Moreland is the black comedian. Purcell starred as Captain America. Smiley

Smiley.........you win the no-prize on this one. Imagine and Academy Award nomination for musical score on this low budget, but fun film. Roan has a beautiful print of this one on a double feature disc.
